1. Right of Admission Reserved. 
2. Govt. Taxes are applicable. 
3. Vol. Service Charges of 7% is applicable. 
4. Alcohol is not served for people under the age of 21 years. 
5. Frisking is mandatory for security reasons. 
6. Seating area is at the choice of the restaurant. 
7. Items in the menu are served subject to the availability. 
8. No two offers can be clubbed. 
9. If any third party payment is being used we recommend customers to inform your server in advance before placing the order. 
10. Consumption and handling of narcotics or any kind of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. No Paan, Chewing Tobacco, Gutka, Etc are allowed. 
11. No firearms, weapons, and sharp objects are allowed.
12. Entry to the DJ/Live console area and personal requests to the DJ/Artist are strictly prohibited. 
13. The club shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it. Any damage to the property will be recovered from the concerned person. 
14. Guests will have to carry valid photo ID proof for identification. 
15. No outside eatables & drinks shall be allowed inside the premises. 
16. Dress code: Smart Casuals or Formals with shoes for Men. Clubwear or Western wear for Women. 
17. The customer/guest unconditionally agrees that his / her’s photographs can be published in any publication including electronic media by the club
